Porcelain | Rörstrand | Koka Blue
The Rörstrand manufactory was founded in 1726 in the village Rörstrand, today's Stockholm district of Birkastan. The Swedish manufactory has produced many well-known patterns such as "East Indies", "Koka" and "Mon Amie".
In 1956, the Rörstrand designer Hertha Bengtson designed the pattern "Koka Blue", a very simple and functional service, which in the following years was also offered in brown and green.
