Porcelain | Royal Copenhagen | Blue Flower Braided

Denmark's flowers in blue have been hand-painted since 1779. In 1885, Arnold Krog became art director of the manufactory, and under his direction the well-known splendid tableware was created. Royal Copenhagen traditionally made the pattern "Blue Flower" in three variants. "Blue flower braided" - "Blue flower curved" - "Blue flower angular". Today, the "Blue Flower" lives on in the latest pattern "Blomster". In the variant "Blue flower braided" the flower bouquet is arranged in the centre and framed by a braided relief edge.
