Porcelain | Royal Copenhagen | Blue Flower Angular

Denmark's flowers in blue have been hand-painted since 1779. In 1885, Arnold Krog became art director of the manufactory, and under his direction the well-known splendid tableware was created. Royal Copenhagen traditionally made the pattern "Blue Flower" in three variants. "Blue flower braided" - "Blue flower curved" - "Blue flower angular". Today, the "Blue Flower" lives on in the latest pattern "Blomster". The service "Blue flower angular" was presented by Arnold Krog in 1913 and therefore is the latest variant. The basic form is quite smooth and somewhat angular with the bouquet of flowers arranged in the centre.
