Porcelain | Royal Copenhagen | Blue Fluted Mega
The pattern “Blue fluted” has been produced since the founding of the manufactory in 1775 and is among the most famous and popular tableware from Denmark. It is the first design from Royal Copenhagen and based on ancient Chinese porcelain painting. Each piece is hand-painted and therefore unique.
In 2000, the designer Karen Kjaeldgård-Larsen created a new version of the well-known porcelain. The new pattern "Blue fluted Mega" shows enlarged shapes of selected details of the traditional pattern and can be perfectly combined with the classic “Blue fluted” tableware.
